2015 Flagship Cabernet Sauvignon
A new release for fall of 2019. A blend of two Cabernet clones brought together from the Casto Estate and Lyons Vineyard. Two vineyards located just a few miles from each other, yet expressing two very unique micro climates that compliment each other in structure and style. Aged 20 months in Neutral American oak barrels. One of our most age worthy releases to date. Drink now or hold for up to ten years.

Very firm and tannic in texture, but also very powerful and saturated in terms of flavor, this full-bodied wine pulls together a full spice rack of aromas, and plenty of cedar and chocolate to top the black-cherry and blackberry flavors.
